Adult classes bring the joy of dance to your fitness regimen. Enjoy the process and the health benefits of our dance-based conditioning workouts. Become a strong swan: confident and fit!
Ballet classes focus on gentle stretching, posture improvement, balance training, breathing deeper, and grace of movement using traditional ballet technique.
Pointe and Variations classes for adults seeking a greater challenge in their classical dance enrichment.
No dance experience required!!

TUES MIXED AGES STRETCH & EXTENSIONS 4:45-5:45 p.m.
Primarily intended for Academy students, adults are welcome to join Ms. Oksana’s Stretch & Extensions classes with monthly registration

Ballet technique class for adults only - beginners thru advanced dancers welcome
WED ADULT VARIATIONS/POINTE 10:15-11:30 a.m.
Beginner ballet variations/choreography for adults only with opportunities for pre-pointe or beginner adult pointe work
THURS ADULT BEGINNER BALLET 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Beginning adults welcome for introductory lessons in the fine art of ballet to build lean muscle, improve balance, and feel beautiful
FRI ADULT BALLET 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Ballet technique class for adults only - beginners thru advanced dancers welcome
FRI ADULT VARIATIONS/POINTE 10:15-11:30 a.m.
Beginner ballet variations/choreography for adults only with opportunities for pre-pointe or beginner adult pointe work
SAT MIXED AGES INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED BALLET 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Ballet technique, pre-pointe, and/or pointe class for more mature dance students seeking a greater challenge on the weekend
$75 = ONE adult class per week ($18.75/class)
$140 = TWO ADULT CLASSES per week ($17.50/class)
$199 = THREE ADULT CLASSES per week ($16.58/class)
$240 = FOUR ADULT CLASSES per week ($15.00/class)
$20 drop in per single class
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For your convenience, Adult Tuition will be drafted through our AutoPay service.
All students are required to sign our Policies & Procedures Waivers.
To cancel monthly enrollment, please send an email request.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring your water bottle, as we do not have a water fountain. A small towel could be helpful. Therabands and personal yoga mats may be helpful for Stretch & Extension classes.
ATTIRE
For Adult Ballet classes, we suggest:
REQUIRED: Ballet slippers are required for proper use of feet and protection of our special studio floors. Pink is traditional and canvas is preferred for women, black/white canvas slippers for men.
Pink or black tights, or black athletic leggings for women.
Dance skirts, if desired for women.
Leotard is optional, but does provide optimum ease of movement.
A close-fitting top is helpful, if you choose leggings.
Shorts may be worn over tights.
Men may wear sweat pants with conservative t-shirts.

For Adult Pointe classes:
Consult with Classical Ballet of Mobile faculty before attending your first pointe lesson: academy@classicalballetmobile or 251.410.4477.
For Ballet Fitness and Strength & Conditioning classes:
Clean socks (preferably with grip), and white-soled sneakers.
Conservative Pilates/yoga style gym wear acceptable (remember children will be present for Conditioning class).
It is suggested that your hair be secured and off your face.
**In an effort to protect our Marley dance floors, we ask that no high heels or dark-soled street shoes enter the dance studios.
